About the Live Lounge

The Live Lounge is a free online educational event hosted by Sarah Clough Life.

Event dates, times, subjects and availability may occasionally change where reasonably necessary.

Educational information only

The information provided through this website and during the Live Lounge is for general educational and informational purposes.

It does not constitute individual medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and is not a substitute for advice from your doctor, physiotherapist or another appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Participation

You are responsible for deciding whether any activity discussed or demonstrated during the Live Lounge is appropriate for you.

If you participate in physical activity, work within your own comfort and ability.

Stop if you experience pain, dizziness, unusual breathlessness or anything else that concerns you.

Registration

You must provide a valid email address so that we can send your joining details and event-related communications.

Registration is intended for your own use.

Please invite friends to register separately rather than forwarding private Zoom access details.

Live Q&A

The optional Live Lounge Q&A is designed to provide general educational information.

Sarah may answer questions about movement, physical capacity and the principles discussed during the session.

Responses should not be treated as an individual medical diagnosis or assessment.

Sarah may decline to answer a question where it would be inappropriate to do so without further assessment or involvement from an appropriate healthcare professional.

Replays

Where a replay is offered, the period for which it remains available may vary between events.

We do not guarantee permanent replay access.

Recording

Live Lounge sessions may be recorded.

Where participants may be visible or audible in a recording, this will be made clear during the event.

If you do not wish to appear in a recording, you can keep your camera switched off and avoid speaking during recorded sections.

Intellectual property

All Live Lounge materials, videos, worksheets, copy, presentations and associated content remain the intellectual property of Sarah Clough Life unless otherwise stated.

They are supplied for personal use only.

They must not be copied, reproduced, recorded, sold, distributed or republished without permission.

Availability and technology

We make reasonable efforts to provide the Live Lounge and website as advertised.

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access where circumstances outside our reasonable control affect internet connectivity, Zoom, Kajabi, Loveable or other third-party services.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Sarah Clough Life is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on general educational information provided during the Live Lounge.
