IN THIS HOUR

Three questions that change how you look at your routine.

01

What your bones are actually responding to

The roles played by resistance, impact and progression, and why “I’m active” doesn’t tell the whole story.

02

What your current routine already does well

What walking, Pilates, yoga and other activities give you, and where the gaps may be.

03

What you might need to add

Not more exercise. The right challenge, at a level appropriate to you.
